They aim to launch at least 3 new products every year, and their ideas come from listening to their customers. Mr Verity and his brother also serve on many committees such as BSI and ISO which allows them to keep abreast of, and influence, changing industrial regulations and standards. These changes have a direct impact on company sales. In order to meet demand, the company has a flexible business model, outsourcing locally and then assembling the final product in-house.
